All online retailers must collect sales tax from customers having goods delivered into provinces in which the company is conducting business. You will be charged the appropriate sales tax based on the province in which you are having goods shipped.
Under Armour currently accepts credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit/debit cards must be issued by a Canadian based institution and must have a Canadian billing address. Please ensure that the billing address on file with the credit card issuing bank is the same address you enter when ordering. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or cash payments.

Because Under Armour does not charge for items until they ship, we use a pre-authorization process to reserve your products for shipment. In order to avoid unnecessary overdraft charges, a method called a ‘pre-authorization’ is often used by banks to verify that the credit/debit card in use is valid and has sufficient funds. Every time an order is submitted on our website or in our operating system, our system contacts your bank and asks it to reserve funds from your account until your order is shipped. This amount, although not the final amount that will be charged, may appear on your credit/debit card statement as a pending charge and places a temporary hold against your credit/debit card for the total amount of the order. • The temperature we use for our heat seal is estimated to be about 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• The pressure we use is 40 PSI and the dwell time is 12 seconds.
• Please note that the temps, PSIs and flash (dwell) times may vary if a printer is using another type of heat seal.
• It is best not to screen print or heat seal our Compression garments; if you desire personalization, our Loose fit products are a better choice.

All returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition. All returns should include your original packlist. Please circle the items you wish to return/exchange and include a brief note describing the reason for the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you return your items via an insured carrier service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Returns received without the original packlist and return authorization number issued by Under Armour will not be processed.
Credit card companies vary in the time in takes for credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Only exchanges of equal value can be processed for items purchased from one of our authorized retailers.

• A note including your name, address, telephone number, original proof of purchase and exchange authorization number must be included in the package.

Please expect to receive your exchange order within 20 days of receipt at our warehouse.
If you purchased directly from www.underarmour.com, your exchange order will be processed in 2 seperate transactions. First you will receive a credit for the amount of the return merchandise to the original form of payment. Then you will be debited (charged) for the amount of the exchange order.
If you purchased from an authorized retailer, have proof of purchase within the last 30 days and are exchanging defective product, you will receive a gift card in the amount reflected on your receipt.

All orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days after order completion. You can expect most standard shipping packages to be delivered to their destination within 5 to 10 business days of order process completion.
Express Shipping:
All orders placed prior to 12 p.m. (noon) EST will ship within 1 business day after order completion. A business day is Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays listed below. You can expect most express shipping packages to be delivered to their destination within 3 to 5 business days of order process completion.
Back Orders:
Please expect your order within 1 to 5 days of the expected delivery date.
If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer by phone or email prior to the promised date. An entire order or any part of an order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders in process (i.e., during the 1 to 5 business days) cannot be cancelled.
If we later determine that we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify the customer by phone or email prior to the revised promised date. Information from Other Sources: if you have registered an account with us or placed an order through our website, to help us customize shopping for you, improve our communication with you, and improve our business overall, we may obtain certain demographic information about you from reputable third party sources such as Merkle Inc. Purposes of use: We use the information that you provide to us via our website only for the following purposes: processing and fulfilling your order, responding to your requests and your product inquiries, for our own direct marketing purposes, customizing future shopping for you, improving our website, communicating with you and for our own financial accounting purposes. Because Under Armour does not charge for items until they ship, we use a pre-authorization process to reserve your products for shipment. In order to avoid unnecessary overdraft charges, a method called a ‘pre-authorization’ is often used by banks to verify that the credit/debit card in use is valid and has sufficient funds. Every time an order is submitted on our website or in our operating system, our system contacts your bank and asks it to reserve funds from your account until your order is shipped. This amount, although not the final amount that will be charged, may appear on your credit/debit card statement as a pending charge and places a temporary hold against your credit/debit card for the total amount of the order. Your available bank balance should be sufficient to cover any transactions posting to your account after the pre-authorization. Please note that the transaction description will show as "UNDER ARMOUR." Most authorizations expire within five to seven days; however the issuing bank ultimately determines the length of the authorization.
