what's it do?

It’s our Charged Cotton® Storm fleece, only lighter. The same quick-drying cotton, the same great feel, and the same UA Storm technology, so water rolls right off. Now it’s just a better weight; either outerwear in the Spring or an extra layer in the Winter.
