HOW IS TAX CALCULATED FOR MY ORDER?

UK VAT rates are calculated at the current rate of 20%. This value is included in the product price that you see displayed on the website as well as any applicable shipping costs. The only category which is exempt from this law is children's clothing.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Under Armour® currently accepts credit cards from Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards must be issued by a U.K. institution and must have a U.K. billing address. For orders sent through the mail to Under Armour, we accept only credit cards originating from U.K.-based financial institutions. Please ensure that the billing address on file with the credit card issuing bank is the same address you enter when ordering. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or cash payments.

WHAT ARE THESE EXTRA CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Because Under Armour does not charge for items until they ship, we use a pre-authorization process to reserve your products for shipment. In order to avoid unnecessary overdraft charges, a method called a ‘pre-authorization’ is often used by banks to verify that the credit/debit card in use is valid and has sufficient funds. Every time an order is submitted on our website or in our operating system, our system contacts your bank and asks it to reserve funds from your account until your order is shipped. This amount, although not the final amount that will be charged, may appear on your credit/debit card statement as a pending charge and places a temporary hold against your credit/debit card for the total amount of the order. ORDER TRACKING

WHEN CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. If you are a registered member and do not have this information and would still like to track your package, log into your account and use the Order Number from your original order confirmation email to track your package. Please allow 2 - 4 business days between placing your order and using the tracking tool.

WHAT DOES "IN TRANSIT" MEAN?

If you tracked your order on our website and received the message that your order is "in transit," this simply means that your order is being processed for shipment, or that the tracking information has not been updated with the shipping carrier yet. It typically takes 2 - 4 business days for the carrier to receive our tracking information.

HOW TO LOCATE THE STYLE NUMBER

If you are looking for a products style number it is easily located inside your garment on a small white tag. It will read i.e. FW081100200 or on older styles FW060375. The first four characters reference the season of the style (ex. FW06=Fall/Winter 2006) the last 7 (on new styles) or 4 (on older styles) reference the style number. You can search this style number on our site to find exactly what you are looking for. If no results are found, the style may no longer be manufactured by Under Armour®. Please contact our Customer Service team at 00800-27668796 for assistance in finding a replacement product.

As a precaution we would advise customers who have purchased the 2013/14 season home youth shirt to check the fastenings before wearing.

UA CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash your Under Armour® gear in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat, and never use dryer sheets. We also recommend that you place your apparel in a garment bag to protect it from snags caused by Velcro®, eye hooks, or other sharp objects that can be found on other clothing.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE UA GEAR?

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but at this time we do not offer customization of our garments. We recommend that you consult a qualified screen printer or heat sealer in your area and provide the following information:

• The temperature we use for our heat seal is estimated to be about 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit.

• The pressure we use is 40 PSI and the dwell time is 12 seconds.

• Please note that the temps, PSIs and flash (dwell) times may vary if a printer is using another type of heat seal.
