LATEST CURRY 4 COLORWAY
TO SHINE BRIGHT IN THE
CITY OF ANGELS
Clean yet striking, dynamic but smooth. The dichotomy of Stephen Curry’s game is what keeps defenders on their heels. It’s a combination of his explosive ability to get buckets instantly, from anywhere on the floor, with the awareness to keep his team humming neatly and efficiently in a way few have been able to do before.
Selected as captain of Team Stephen in the 2018 All-Star Game, Under Armour is celebrating this honor and All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles with a new colorway of Stephen’s signature shoe, the Curry 4. Clean lines with an all-white midsole and upper, the fresh visual of the white on white pops with an iridescent finish on the outsole. This colorway will light up the night in Los Angeles, both on and off court.
The Curry 4 white/white mid releases for $130 USD at Under Armour Brand Houses and UA.com worldwide on February 16.
Since his days at Davidson College, Stephen Curry has worked to protect families from the deadly disease of malaria. Half of the world’s population is at risk from the mosquito-borne disease, which is spread mostly at night but is preventable when sleeping under a life-saving bed net. While incredible progress has been made against the disease, malaria still claims the life of a child every two minutes.
On December 31, Under Armour and Stephen Curry, who serves as the Global Ambassador for the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign, will release a limited-edition Curry 4 Low colorway to support the cause. For every pair sold, Stephen will donate an insecticide-treated bed net to Nothing But Nets, protecting kids, refugees and families from malaria-carrying mosquitoes.
The colorway pays homage to the hard work and dedication of the Nothing But Nets organization, and is aptly named “Nothing But Nets.” The bright red colorway with netting found on the heel is inspired by Stephen’s philanthropic efforts towards the prevention of malaria.
Stephen has been a champion of the Nothing But Nets initiative for the last six years. In 2013, he joined the campaign on a trip to Tanzania where he personally delivered bed nets to impacted families living in the Nyarugusu Refugee Camp. Initiated in 2006, the organization has raised more than $65 million dollars and delivered 12+ million bed nets and other vital malaria interventions and treatment to families in 31 countries.
The Curry 4 Low “Nothing But Nets” colorway will release for $120 USD at Under Armour Brand Houses and UA.com in the United States, Canada and China on December 31. Each shoe purchased delivers a life-saving anti-malaria bed net and educates the recipient on its proper use.

We’ve all seen the videos of the shots. The highlights where Stephen Curry shoots and then turns around before the ball actually goes in. The ones where he shoots and smiles to the fans in the stands and his teammates. The ones on the road, in close games, with his defender exerting every ounce of energy…only to watch the ball rise up over outstretched fingers and splash through the net from 35 - 40 feet away.
Stephen’s 3-point shooting prowess has defined the modern era of the game. Essentially, he’s a threat from anywhere on the court, at any time, and his shot can’t be stopped or contained.
The Curry 4 “More Range” colorway represents that feeling of exhilaration for his fans and doom for his defenders. Stephen is averaging 43 percent from behind the 3-point arc for his career—with three seasons of over 45 percent. Seems only right that a shoe exists that identifies the energy he brings to an arena.
With an all-black toe box, outsole, sock liner and upper, the colorway sets a markedly serious tone. The splashes of color are ever so subtle, with a slightly visible icy blue signature SC30 mark on the sole and pull tab. Outside of that there’s a flash of white on the UA logo that pops at quick glances. The aesthetic of this colorway makes very clear its intentions. The Curry 4 “More Range” isn’t just a shoe, it’s state of mind.
The Curry 4 “More Range” colorway is available for $130 USD on December 24 at Under Armour Brand Houses, UA.com and select retailers worldwide.
The Curry 4 “More Dubs” colorway pays homage to some of the best fans in the league. Oracle Arena—affectionately called “Roaracle” — is home to these fans that come out every game day with their signs and chants signifying the pride of Warriors Ground.
The Warriors are currently 22-6 to start the season, after going 67-15 last year and 73-9 during the ’15-’16 campaign. This is a franchise used to winning now and Stephen’s ability to light it up from anywhere on the floor gives them a reason to cheer every game.
The “More Dubs” colorway is a thank you to the fans, representing a loud and proud testament to the Warrior’s team colors. There are bold specks of blue on the outsole, that transition to all blue as it gets closer to the gold SC30 logo. The design creates a gradient effect, which contrasts with the all-white upper and toe box. It also plays off of the brightness of the outsole, creating a sleek and modern look. The interior pull-tab ties the shoe together, matching the gold of the SC30 logo and working in unison to create a harmonious color palette. For the legions of supporters who make up Dub Nation, this isn’t just the colorway they expect, it’s the colorway they deserve.
The Curry 4 “More Dubs” colorway releases on December 16 at Under Armour Brand Houses worldwide, UA.com and select retailers based across the Bay Area.
The “More Dimes” colorway pays homage to an often-overlooked aspect of Stephen’s game. His spatial awareness, his ability to pick up on the movements of other players relative to where he is on the floor, is just one of the many skills that separates him from most players in the league. This season he’s averaging 6.8 assists per game, which is nearly a career high for Stephen.
Regardless of the highlight reels and viral videos, he’s a facilitator for his teammates and this colorway brings that to the forefront. Those underrated talents are exhibited in the various inclusions of gold found throughout the shoe, including the lateral SC30 logo. Gold has long been associated with high achievement and Stephen’s vision in high-pressure situations gets better every season.
The gold flakes on the outsole and medial tab perfectly contrast with the serious tone of the black upper. Subtle reminders of Stephen’s unique style are marked by his initials on the inside of the shoe as well as the IV SC30 tab on the shoe’s exterior and sock liner.
The Curry 4 “More Dimes” colorway is available on December 16 for $130 USD at Under Armour Brand Houses, UA.com and select retailers worldwide.
With four All-Star Game nods, two back-to-back MVPs, two championships and countless slow-clap moments under his belt, Stephen Curry has earned the acclaim as one of the best athletes in the world today.
The Curry 4 “More Buckets” celebrates his current station in life as one of the best basketball players on the planet. The aim is a focus on everything good in life. More jaw-dropping 3-point barrages, more deft ball-handling exhibitions, more chest bumps with his teammates, and more championships for the Bay Area.
This season he’s averaging 26 points, five rebounds and six assists per game and is taking a more active role in the team's on court success. In past years, he made sure to get all of his teammates involved—and he’s still doing that— but this season he’s looking for his shot as well. For example, he’s already scored 30 or more six times this year. That includes his recent aeriel assault against the 76ers, where his 20-point third quarter fueled a Warriors comeback.
This colorway focuses on Stephen’s competitiveness. Why night in and night out he’s capable of taking over a game with his handle, shot and IQ. Highlighted by two shades of gray, “More Buckets” can be looked at as a before and after contrast. The lighter shade represents his humble beginnings, while the bolder shade signals his present and future accomplishments.
The colorway features a dark gray upper with a light gray and white midsole. His signature SC30 mark and UA logos are slick and perfectly complemented by a gray outsole that hints at a silver tone. The sock-liner features a dark gray upper and changes back to the lighter gray as the shoe transitions into the toebox.
The “More Buckets” colorway releases on December 8th for $130 USD at Under Armour Brand Houses, UA.com and select retailers worldwide.
