CA RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are FREE and accepted within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

After 60 days, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. We remain committed to empowering athletes everywhere and we always want to play fair. So our official policy is that we’ll make it right as long as your request is reasonable. If we accept your return and you don’t have a receipt, the value of your return will be based on the last known selling price of the item.

  • How long does it take for a return to process?

    It takes 10-14 business days to process all returns. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed.

  • When can I expect to see my refund?

    All UA.ca refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution.

    Refunds for items not purchased from UA.ca will be issued as an Under Armour Credit.

  • How long will it take to receive my exchange?

    Exchange orders are FREE. You can expect to receive your exchange item(s) within 16-25 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

    In the event that the item you requested is no longer available:
        - A refund will be applied to the original method of payment, if your purchase was made at UA.ca.
        - You will be issued an Under Armour Credit, if your purchase was NOT made at UA.ca.

    Why does it take up to 25 days? There are a number of steps in the process on our side that take some time:
        - Shipping your return to our returns center (5-9 business days)
        - Processing your return (3-5 business days)
        - Place your new order (up to 4 business days)
        - Shipping your new order (4-7 business days)

    For a faster exchange, we recommend that you simply return your order (without requesting an exchange) and place a new order online or by calling 1-888-666-1182.

  • How do I track my exchange?

    Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 days of processing your return. Standard shipping is FREE on all exchanges.

  • How Can I Track My Exchange?

    Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    On the rare occasion that your gear is damaged upon arrival or that you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-666-1182 or via chat so we can assist you directly.

  • Can I return or exchange a gift?

    We accept gift receipt returns in exchange for new gear or a refund issued as an Under Armour Credit.

  • Can I return or exchange items purchased from a partner retailer such as Sport Check, National Sports, Hibbett Sports, etc.?

    The best way to handle a return or exchange is to take your gear back to the original store or retailer you purchased from. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Can I return items from multiple orders in the same package?

    You can send items from multiple orders in the same return shipment, just make sure you include the original receipt or a Return & Exchange form for each order.
