  • Need To Return Items Purchased On UA.com?

    Returns are accepted up to 60 days after purchase with your original packing slip. If you cannot locate your original packing slip, please go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the gear you’re returning and fill out the form found at this link.

    Please note that all refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • How much does it cost to return my gear?

    Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a traceable service & keeping the tracking number for your records.

    If there’s actually something wrong with your gear, we want to know. Please call customer service at 1.888.727.6687 or chat with us.

  • How Long Does It Take To Process Returns?

    It takes approximately 10-14 days to process a return once we receive your items. Please note this does not include time in transit.

  • When Should I Expect To See My Refund?

    If you requested a refund, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your payment. Please note it can take 3-5 days for your refund payment to process, depending upon your financial institution.

  • How Long Before I Receive My Exchange?

    Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 days of processing your return.  Standard shipping is free on all exchanges.

  • How Can I Track My Exchange?

    Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.

  • Can I Return/Exchange A Gift?

    If you received Under Armour as a gift and need to return or exchange it, please use the original packing slip that was in the box. If you did not receive a packing slip, please fill out this form.  

    We can exchange the items or issue you an Under Armour open credit. Unfortunately, cash or credit refunds cannot be issued when returning a gift. 

    Please ship back using the carrier of your choice and save the tracking number.

  • What Do I Do If I Received A Wrong Or Damaged Item?

    In the rare occasion that your gear is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat.

  • Can I Return/Exchange Items From Multiple Orders In The Same Package?

    Yes, you can. When returning or exchanging items from multiple orders, be sure to fill out your original packing slip. If you cannot locate your original packing slip, please go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the gear you’re returning. Then simply follow this link and fill out the rest of the information. 

    Note: Make sure the order number connected to each item is filled in at the top of the form.

  • Can I Return/Exchange Purchases Made At Factory House Locations?

    Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days after purchase with your original store receipt.  

    After 60 days with store receipt, you can either exchange your items or be issued a UA open credit.  

    No returns or exchanges will be accepted without original proof of purchase/receipt.  

    If the product does not perform with in the 60 days we will replace or exchange it. If the product is no longer available, you will be issued a UA open credit.

  • How Do I Return/Exchange An Item Bought From Our Partners – Such As Sport Chek, National Sports, Hibbett Sports & Other Authorized Dealers?

    These items can be returned/exchanged at any location of the store it was purchased from. The items must be new and unused. Our partners follow a similar Return/Exchange policy as Under Armour. Still have questions? Please contact our Customer Service Team via chat.
