  • Q: How Do I Order Internationally?

    There are two ways to order internationally. You can visit our Change Region page and select your country from the list of available options. From there, you will be taken to a local site where your order will be filled and shipped from a facility near your Region. In Canada, you can shop the UA site (UA.ca) and ship directly from our warehouses in Canada.

    For some countries, we have partnered with an international shipping provider, Borderfree. With Borderfree, you can shop the US site (UA.com) and then ship to your region. This option offers our widest assortment of gear, but costs a bit more because of added fees, taxes, and local duties. See the “What is Borderfree?” section below for more information.

  • Q: What is Borderfree:

    Under Armour® has partnered with an international shipping solution, Borderfree, to provide our widest assortment of merchandise to UA customers around the world. Through Borderfree you can shop on our US site (UA.com) in your local currency, choose from your region’s preferred payment options, and use local shipping partners. Please note that when purchasing through Borderfree, product prices do not include duties or taxes. You will see the complete order total including shipping fees, duties, and taxes at checkout.

  • Q: What Are The Costs, Shipping Options, And Timeframes For Borderfree Orders?

    With Borderfree, you can shop on our US site (UA.com) and ship internationally using local shipping options (see below). At checkout, you will see the complete order total including shipping fees, duties, and taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

    After you place your order, it will be packaged and shipped to a Borderfree hub that is located in the United States. This process may take 2-3 business days. Once they receive your package, they will then deliver it to the provided delivery address using your selected shipping method. Please note that delivery options and timeframes may vary depending on delivery location.

  • Q: How Are Prices Set On Borderfree Canada & Local Canada Sites?

    Prices on our Borderfree Canada site are the U.S. prices, modified by real-time exchange rates. Prices on the Local Canada site match the original prices set for our Canadian stores.

  • Q: Didn't see the gear you wanted on your region’s site?

    Some items may not be available on international sites due to destination country customs policies.

  • Q: Returns & Exchanges: How do I Return An Order Placed Through Borderfree?

    For international returns through Borderfree, you must obtain a return authorization before attempting to make a return. Please email our customer service team at customerserviceint@underarmour.com to request a Return Authorization. Please include your Order Number, the Style or SKU number of the item(s), and Quantity being returned in your email to our Team. The instructions on how to return your items will then be emailed to you from a Borderfree email address. This email will include return instructions, three copies of a commercial invoice, and two copies of the DHL Air Waybill for the return parcel.

    The customer is responsible for either arranging for the pickup of the return parcel or dropping it off at their local DHL facility. You must also give all copies of the commercial invoice and DHL Air Waybill to the DHL representative taking the return parcel.

    The return has two shipping legs:

    1. From the customer's local DHL facility to Borderfree's domestic hub
    2. From Borderfree's domestic hub to the designated returns facility

    At this time we are unable to process Return-for-Exchange requests and will only be able to process a Return-for-Refund. If you would like to receive different styles, colors, or sizes from your original order a new order will have to be placed from our website. 



    How Do I Return An Order Placed Through a UA Country Site?

    For returns through a Region that we directly service, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page found on the country site in which you originally placed your order.

  • Q: What Are The Billing And Payment Options For Borderfree Orders?

    When an order is successfully authorized, the customer's credit card is charged.for the order total amount and then billed by Borderfree when their parcel ships from the Borderfree hub.

    Your credit card statement will read: BF*UNDERARMOUR.

    When partial shipments arrive or an order is shipped in multiple packages, Borderfree identifies the contents and performs a partial charge against the international customer's credit card for the amount of the items being shipped, the duties and taxes associated with those items, and the shipping and handling amount for that package.

    You can shop on our site in your local currency, with preferred payment options, by selecting your country using our Region Selector. Please note that all product prices do not include duties or taxes. At checkout, you will see the complete order total including shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

    Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed at the exchange rate at that time. You will not be charged any additional upon fees at delivery unless DDU is selected at checkout. The available payment methods may vary depending on the region selection.

    No, the pricing of our product on underarmour.ca already includes duty, so no additional charges apply at checkout.

    Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address.

  • Q: What Shipping Providers Do You Offer?

    Under Armour is partnered with Federal Express and Canada Post, including both standard and express services.

  • Q: Where Do You Ship From?

    We ship to our Canadian customers from our warehouse in Canada to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

  • Q: Do You Ship To UA Stores For Pick Up?

    We do not currently ship to our stores, but we are continually working to provide our UA customers additional services in the near future. Check out our store listings for the latest Factory House Stores in your area.

  • Q: I Have Not Received My Order — How Can I Track It?

    Under Armour will send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information for your reference. Please check your spam folder and make sure UnderArmour.com is an accepted email address.
