I bought these for my niece in fargo north Dakota. It's -45 degrees around chill this week. She says they are great for the cold weather where she does out side work in a barn.
My daughter uses this for Nordic skiing. Lightweight and keeps her warm without limiting mobility.
truly a must have warmer if you are a skier or like to be in cold weather! I had used these for years and I am so happy with them!!! Just buy! true to size, I am usually a XS/small and got a small on these.

The Women's UA Base 3.0 Leggings are designed to remain warm, wick sweat, and dry fast, but we would not specifically recommend having them saturated or soaked with water.
We do not have specific temperature ratings for our gear, but ColdGear®, in general, is best for temperatures 0 to 55 degrees F. Our 3.0 Baselayer is intended for colder weather during moderate to light activity.
