Never owned a pair of these boots but now I'm glad I do. They are durable yet you feel like your walking in a shoe. True to size. They look great and feel great. On my feet for hours a day and will buy again and again!

Is this boot more durable than the first version of the valsetz?

Durability is questionable. I have been using mine for a month and my boots are starting to fall apart. As far as traction, these boots can be compared to a banana peel.
