The soles are super thick and the materials are lightweight making this feel like you're wearing a shoe all day. I've recommended to all my teammates and the ones that purchased, loved them as well.
Hey, Steve! Both cleats have the same toe box, so we would advise going up a half- to a whole-size to accommodate for what you need! And we offer free returns and exchanges for up to 60 days from when you purchase them, as long as they haven't been worn. So if they don't fit, we can take care of you!

For instance, if you wear a women's 9, a men's 7.5 would fit!
