Are these shoes good for wider feet?

The Unisex UA Lockdown 6 Basketball Shoes have a standard width and fit true to size. We recommend sizing a half to full size up to accommodate for a wider foot!

I recently discovered that I have a very wide foot a 4E to be specific and high arches. I usually take a size 13 in shoes but the last pair I bought online weren't wide enough so I was wondering should I get these shoes in a 13 or should I go 14?
