The review that mentions "coat fabric towards the legs," does that mean that it is not a soft fleece interior on the legs?

What is the percentage of cotton to other fabrics and do they have an open hem that hangs straight and not the bunch legs which I hate? Most of your pants does not have enough room around the calfs and ankles. From the stats on weight in America not many of us are jogging.
