I have every "little" black dress" that UA sells from motion to this one- that one, etc., and the vanish dress just complements my body so well. it looks classy for grocery shopping, yet you can still get a good workout in it such as (walking the dog, exercising with hand weights, etc.). If running, I would suggest a sports bra under it for additional support.
