The lengths of both S/M and M/L are 16". So, what's the difference between the S/M and M/L sizes? I purchased the S/M, but it feels a bit tight. Would you recommend trying the M/L? For reference, the M size in Men's Compression T-Shirts fits me well. THX.

There may be some slight variance in the width for S/M and M/L. You can certainly try the M/L, if S/M was snug.
