The Men's HeatGear® ¾ Leggings are designed to have a compression fit, which is an ultra-tight, second-skin fit. A 4XL is ideal for waist measurements of 50 - 54½", and hip measurements of 54 - 58". Please reference our Size & Fit Guide for additional assistance with sizing and measurements.

We may recommend going with a size MD, as we apologize but the Men's HeatGear® ¾ Leggings are not currently available in a MD Tall. All tall sizes are 2”/ 5 cm longer than regular sizes.
