Bought for my son, no complaints at all, he uses them for his tourneys, got him the adult mediums and they fit perfect. Hell scrunge up one side up to his thigh to make it seem as if he got them leggings like that. They do it's job providing comfort and warmth during the colder season.

The Men's HeatGear® ¾ Leggings are designed to have a compression fit, which is an ultra-tight, second-skin fit. A 4XL is ideal for waist measurements of 50 - 54½", and hip measurements of 54 - 58". Please reference our Size & Fit Guide for additional assistance with sizing and measurements.
HeatGear is designed to keep you cool in warm weather, while ColdGear is designed to keep you warm in cold weather.
We may recommend going with a size MD, as we apologize but the Men's HeatGear® ¾ Leggings are not currently available in a MD Tall. All tall sizes are 2”/ 5 cm longer than regular sizes.
