I have these leggings in every color, and I wear them every day to the gym. The fit is ideal for me - not a tight compression, but enough to provide support throughout my workout. the fabric is soft and comfortable. I recommend you get a size smaller than you normally would. I have a 38" waist and wear a large.
Hey Ron! Our HeatGear leggings are designed to have a compression, ultra-tight, second-skin fit throughout the entire length of the legging. They are not considered tapered.
Our UA HeatGear leggings are designed to be the first layer, or base layer gear, you put on. As a personal preference, you could wear them alone.
