I play football and these work really well. I don’t even put any pads in them. I just use the knee and thigh pads, and those go in the pants. I size down a size because I prefer some compression. They’re super comfortable and keep everything in place.
He has the option to switch his pads from the pants to the shorts. Loves the feel and comfort.
I bought this for my husband for extra support to his back. he tried compression shorts, but these worked out better for him. Plus he loves the pockets.

Hi, Regina! Our UA Football 6-Pocket girdle doesn't come with padding, just has the pockets for them. The pockets are inside. I wear them inside out under a dress to carry medical equipment
