DO THESE PANTS HAVE A STRETCH WAIST?AND DO THEY HAVE 2 BACK POCKETS?

Hi, Spike! Our UA Mantra pants are made with a stretch woven fabric so the pants will stretch, but the waistband isn't made with elastic. The pants also feature one snap-closure back pocket and one cargo side pocket.

Are the cargo side pockets with a snap or velcro. I do not like the velcro. Also is the size the same as the other color cargos that i bought last year meaning is it loose fitting.

The cargo side pockets are open hand pockets, so no snaps or Velcro there. For the fit, these have a loose, fuller cut, just like the other cargos you bought last year—perfect for comfort and mobility!
