Are these pants lined? I have a pair of UA pants that are tapered, loose fitting, and lined to above the knee but can't seem to find them on-line.

My waist is 35/36” and my inseam is 34/35”. I frequently find athletic pants are not long enough for me. there is no “tall size” selection available. Will these pants fit?
