Are these true to size? Also, how is the tummy control and waistband?

We would recommend ordering true to size in the UA Tech™ Branded Leggings for a compression fit (ultra-tight, second-skin fit). If you prefer a fit that is not as tight, we may recommend sizing up. Tummy control is great, as these feature our high-rise UA No-Slip Waistband for optimal coverage and support!
