In the description one shoe has pink laces with red accents, the other shoe has blue accents with grey laces? I don’t see where to chose the color I want

Hi, Bruce! The laces of our Project Rock BSR 5 UFC shoes aren't customizable. One shoe comes with the red and gray laces and the other comes with the blue and gray laces, to match the wording and Project Rock brahma bull on the shoe.

Are the insoles removable (for custom orthotics) and what is the mm drop?

Hi, there! Our Project Rock BSR 5 UFC shoes are a standard width; however, sizing up a half to whole size should make them more comfortable!
