This shoe is used for everyday use. Very versatile and very easy to use. I love the mesh in the front making ot easier to bend on your knees and pray.

This shoe is really an all around shoe. Run, walk, mild hikes and trails, bike, and a variety of workouts. It serves as a casual shoe but performs. The ventilation keeps from a sweaty and stinky shoe but is durable enough to not worry about.
