Love this shirt style and material very comfortable
I like the material of Heat Gear shirt. It's so soft stretch and breathable. The only one down side is the shirt is too long for a M size.

As a swimmer, I can tell you yes, you can swim in this. I'd suggest going a size down for swimming. The fabric is super stretchy and it will be too loose in the water if you don't size down.
