I’ve bought probably 10+ of these at this point and they are top quality in my opinion. I wear them everytime I golf for the compression and sweat absorption. Very good at blocking the sun and keeping cool on a hot day

Hi Keegan! The HeatGear® Men's Long Sleeve does not feature additional built-in UPF protection.
I’m the same specs! I originally went with the XS and that works great! Recently, I got two sized S and it offered a lot of the same compressive fit but was easier to pull off post-workout. I wear all three pretty interchangeably, though!
