This compression shirt keeps you cool and has the right compression in the chest and stomach area. The arms holes are wide so that there is no scratch and overstretching while you exercise.
5' 6" 155 lb. Size SM - Good quality materials and workmanship. For the styling I'd prefer smaller armholes under the armpits. I'm fit but not jacked. Otherwise I like the shirt.
