Fit and durability

This workout shirt is perfect for the gym. It is comfortable, features some breathability and looks great to show arms. Pairs well with any shorts. The quality of the shirt is also notable, it is made of quality fabric. Highly recommend it.

After reading the reviews, it is clear that half the people say it runs large and the other half say it runs small. I’m 5 foot 10 178 pounds and I’m torn between getting a medium or a large. What would you suggest?

I'd go w/ medium. I'm 5'10" 168. It's definitely not fitted. Not SUPER loose but on the looser side. From what I can find online, the pre-2020 versions were much more streamlined.
