The shirt is support soft and just snug enough to fit the arms leaving room for flexibility in either direction. Clean lines, snug fit, I’m diggin” this shirt.

I'm the same build but I like the fit of the medium a little better. One because I hate it when a shirts neck is too big and two it's a little shorter than the large which makes it easier if you have to get stuff out of your pockets a lot or have stuff hooked on your belt.

I have many Tech 2.0 shirts and all fit the same. Fuller cut and loose, like the description. I have one Velocity Tee, the two-tone gray, and it is tight around the arms, tight around the neck and very little stretch. I've worn it 2-3 times and it is just not comfortable enough to wear, so it just sits in my drawer. I wish they would put in the descriptions the differences in the styles. There has to be a reason they have different names. I get the difference with the Tiger Stripes and Jacquard Prints, but what is the difference between the Tech 2.0 and the Velocity Tees as originally asked with a poor answer by the UA Expert.
