The Men's UA Waffle Crew Long Sleeve is 97% Polyester/3% Elastane. Elastane is typically an entirely synthetic material!

I am 5’9” and weigh 185 pounds. I have all short sleeve UA shirts that are L and it is a little more snug than I like while the XL fits me more comfortably with some room. What size would best fit me?

What does the fabric consist of? I saw on another shirt 60% cotton 40% polyester but this shirt doesn't have anything specified other than "waffle" thanks
