Hi, there! Our UA Tech 2.0 shirts are made in multiple factories in multiple locations. You can see specifically where your shirt was made by looking at the garment tag. Hope this helps!

Are the t shirt sleeves longer on the tall or are they the same length? I have the XXL and it fits nicely everywhere but the torso feels just a little short.

Yes, the sleeves on the Men's UA Tech™ 2.0 Short Sleeve will be slightly longer for tall sizes.

Is the weight of the material for this shirt slightly heavier than UA Locker 2.0 S Sleeve style#1305775. I have a shirt style# 1305775 from last year and I am trying to find one equivalent to it. I ordered ones you currently have but are too thin,

These have the same fit and feel of the Locker Tees. If I was picky, they may be less than an inch shorter in length but otherwise they fit identically and feel identical.
