I own multiple pairs of these shorts. They are great for running, the gym, around the house, sleep, etc. These shorts are really breathable and the fit is perfect. The inner mesh pocket does secure your phone for running.

These shorts are great for big guys they are not to long but also not to short they are perfect length for the gym the liner is a must as well.
