Great compression fit. Bought a size M. I was buying L before, but since I have lost some weight, I thought I would go down a size. They fit like a glove.
I Love the high waist and flexibility.
I ordered these shorts in 2 colors, Black and Atlantis Blue. I bought them to wear for running. I love the shorts, but I am disappointed with the size. I am 5' 2 and 125 lbs and wear large in UA bottoms and medium in UA tops. These shorts are too big in the waist and they slide down. I tried a size medium which was so tight I could barely get them on and couldn't move in them at all. I can take them up in the waist but the legs gap open a little, which doesn't bother me. Size large fits me perfect in the other shorts and bottoms from UA, but not these.
The front pocket opening is 6". Depending on the size of the phone, it may fit.
