This is my favorite bra for aerobic activities. It's much lighter weight than it looks in photos. The back closure makes it easy to get on and off. The adjustable straps are a great feature. If you're looking for a bra for stability, I highly recommend.

The Women's UA Continuum High Sports Bra may be pulled over the head, or put on while the hooks are open, hooking them in the front, turning the bra around so that the hooks are in the back, and then putting your arms through the straps last.
