Hi, there! Our UA SmartForm Evolution Mid bra features strap clips that are made from cold-rolled steel with nylon coating.
This is definitely a step-in, hike up/yank down kind of bra. I'm 5'10, broad shoulders, DDD, and I'd pull a muscle and get claustrophobic trying to get this on/off over my head. I grab this bra when I have to jump up and run out because it's so easy to get into and comfy. Obviously, it depends upon your build, but I think common sense should prevail since there's no buckles. I have purchased in several colors. You can pull it on/off easily over jeans or leggings whether wet or dry.
