Big busted gal here...I have a hard time finding a bra to give me the support I need while working out. I like high support/compression.. Tried this bra and I actually think it's the best sports bra I have ever worn..it is better than the more expensive competition for sure! Kept my girls up and supported! I now own 7 of them lol if you are on the fence about buying one...try it! You won't regret it!

What is the easiest way to put this bra on by yourself?

We suggest putting the bra on overhead, then securing the hooks from the back.
