I bought these for family members and they love them. The only concern is that there is a stickers that claims for hard-core runner, the shiny back piece may fall off.

Hi! The UA Phantom 4 Chrome shoes are not water-resistant, but they do feature a rubber outsole for added traction and durability! They also have a molded, soft and structured material for additional comfort, and extra-springy UA HOVR™+ cushioning, so they may work for all day wear!
The UA Phantom 4 Chrome is not specifically designed for weight training. We suggest some of our other trainers like the UA Halo Trainer, the UA SlipSpeed™, or the UA Reign 6 for lifting weights.
