Should I size up or down for half sizes?

Hi, Lauren! The size and fit guide on the UA Ignite Pro 8 Graphic slides page will give you the measurements from toe to heel for each size, including the half sizes. You should be able to see which size would fit your foot the best from that guide!

How do they run I am a 7,5 or 8 not sure what to get?

Hi, Toni! You can visit the size and guide chart on the UA Ignite Pro 8's page to see what would best fit. For example, from toe to heel, a size 5 measures 8.5 inches, a size 7 measures 9.25 inches and a size 8 measures 9.5 inches.
