Are these polarized and suitable for an eleven year old?

The Kids' UA Playmaker Mirror Jr. Sunglasses are designed to defend against 100% of harmful UVA/B rays, but are not polarized. Our frame width for youth sunglasses is considered XS/SM and is <5¼ in. Please review this measurement or compare it to the frame width of existing sunglasses of theirs that fit well, to decide if these will be the right fit!
