5'10" 178lb Bought a Large and love it. Model is 6'+ and my only concern was that it would be too long. Would be even better an inch or so shorter, but it's a non-issue. Will likely buy another one.
These are great sleep shirts as well as day wear. They are very comfortable, dry quickly, and come in numerous colors. They are sized accurately and reasonably priced.

Hi, Angela! They're all the same material, Polyester. However, colorways 002, 036, 090, 390, 409, 432, 466 & 525 contain at least 30% recycled polyester.

Hi Meir! Washing instructions are provided on the tag of each item. Generally, instructions are as follows for shirts: Machine wash cold with like colors using a mild detergent. Line dry, or tumble dry low.
