I have very narrow feet, and these shoes fit my feet perfectly. This reason is probably why they were on sale at half price. So I bought two pair. Once they are gone UA will probably not have them anymore because not many people have narrow feet.

Is it much more narrow than the 4e?

Hey Christian! These are our standard size, so the 4E version would be considered more wide than this shoe, E, and a 2E version.
