Excellent shoes, I love it
I was trying to find a shoe that didn't have a crazy sole, allowing for more foot movement while doing squats. This shoe nailed it. Great support. Great grip!
While they are low to the ground they do not have a barefoot feel. They have a spongy drop in midsole
