These are my first UA sneakers. They are comfortable and they’re great for lifting and CrossFit. I have replaced my nanos with these.
This shoe is great for training, it's flexible enough yet sturdy enough in the heel to basically do everything from heavy lifting to HIIT. Not ideal for running but can easily use for any other cardio machine.
