These are my new, favorite training shoes. I have wide feet, so I wasn't sure if they would fit. I.normally wear minimum 2e shoes, but have worn 4e shoes....these trainers fit like a glove. I love the boa laces, and the option to wear them as slippers. The only drawback to using as a training shoe, when I do leg day. On the leg extension machine, the boa laces contraption gets crushed by the pad of the machine, I'm afraid it will eventually break. Also happens when I do single leg Bulgarian split squats.

I am looking for a slip on walking shoe that will minimize my bending. Do I hve to manually flip the heel up into 'training mode' or can I just slip my foot in...or does slipping my foot in cause the heel to automatically fold down?
