For a workout shoe, this is pretty great. I was at first concerned about the mechanism but in the weeks since I've used it, it keeps my feet pretty snug and secure. I probably would have gotten another color though if I was going to use it as an everyday walking shoe but I did prefer the black one for the gym.

I feel like i was in between sizes with this pair but in happy i went with my running shoe size. Foam is soft but not that soft compared to others. Excellent for convenience and looks great.

I am looking for a slip on walking shoe that will minimize my bending. Do I hve to manually flip the heel up into 'training mode' or can I just slip my foot in...or does slipping my foot in cause the heel to automatically fold down?
