This is an oversized sweatshirt so your normal size will be oversized. I’m 5’3” athletic 145lbs and it fit loose but not too long. Very comfortable and stylish when paired with the rival joggers. I bought 2 sets because I love the comfort and it still seem stylish wearing out or working out. Was inside out with cold water
