solves problem of getting soaked while walking dog

We had some heavy rains a few weeks ago, and when I got home from walking the dog, my jeans were soaked; miserable. That is why I purchased these WATERPROOF pants. Lots of water "resistant" available; but difficult to find waterPROOF. These will keep me dry below my raincoat.

Was looking for a pull up rain pant instead of button up. This met my needs. Fits as expected. I wore it once in anticipation of rain, but haven't had the chance to see it's effects on the rain yet.
