Is the size chart correct? It's not, L and XL waists are flipped. Now I want to know if anything else for those sizes are incorrect.

The waist sizes listed in the size chart are correct for the Boys' UA Performance Tech™ Printed 4" Boxerjock®. This follows our standard youth sizes, and our extended youth sizes (i.e. YLG+, YXL+, etc.) will have slightly different measurements.
