What material is this made of.

I didn't found anything that affirm it is made of Polypropylene, I purchase it and in the bottom of the bottle it says it is HDPE2 (High-Density Polyethylene).

Can the lid be screwed on in a way that a left handed person could hold the jug with the strap on the left side while drinking?
